BUFFALO "CHICKEN" PASTA
-16 oz Trader Joe's pasta of choice
-1 bag plant-based "chicken" tenders, diced
-Trader Joe's vegan buffalo dip
-Trader Joe's dairy-free cream cheese
-parsley for garnish
Directions: Prepare pasta and chicken-less tenders according to package directions. In a small pot over medium heat, add the buffalo drip and the dairy-free cream cheese. Mix together until smooth. Mix 1/4-1/2 cup of the pasta water into the sauce until smooth. If it's too watery, reduce it over medium-low heat until it reaches your desired consistency. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and combine it with the sauce and diced chicken-less tenders.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
