  • A few handfuls of cherry tomatoes

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • sourdough bread, toasted

Directions: Chop all of your veggies up, put them into a large bowl, and add the oils. Toast the sourdough bread and then spread the bruschetta on the bread. Feel free to drizzle some extra balsamic glaze on top, if you fancy!
