GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
-1 cup Purely Elizabeth granola
-2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions: pulse granola in a food processor until chunks are broken down. Mix together with peanut butter and then press a thin layer in the muffin tins. Top with melted peanut butter and freeze for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and top with melted chocolate. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chunks or nuts on top and freeze until ready to eat.
